Berkeley’s Hotel Management students recently had the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience during a field trip to the prestigious Treffen House Hotel. This visit allowed them to tour the hotel’s state-of-the-art facilities, offering a firsthand look at the latest advancements in hotel design and operations. Students also had the chance to engage with industry professionals, learning about the day-to-day management of a hotel and gaining insights into key operational areas such as guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
